Foogiano Releases "Dead in Miami" Official Music Video

After recently being sentenced to 5 years in prison for cutting his ankle monitor off back in May, 1017 signee, rapper Foogiano releases new 'Dead in Miami' music video.

Clocking in at four minutes flat, the newly released "get back" single serves as a follow up to rapper's Gutta Baby album which debuted back in 2020. The Omarthedirector, directed film captures Foogiano zoned out in the back seat of a 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost while the rapper and his crew cruises the Port of Miami. Transitioning back and forth from the car to the docks, the visual showcases the 1017 signee impressive and catchy deliverance, as he taunts his riches on an opp who tried to cross him for some cash.

The new release also marks as the first official single from the rapper since the release of his Gutta Baby project back in 2020. The 27-year-old Greensboro native whose real name is Kwame Khalil Brown, was arrested back in March by a task force with the U.S. Marshal’s Office and is currently serving a five year sentence for a probation violation, for shedding a court-ordered ankle monitor, which was recovered in Barrow County.
